KVDVisuals doesn't do free work, free samples, or "exposure" shoots. Every project is paid — that's how we keep the quality where it is.
Per-shoot work is paid in full before we film. Monthly packages are paid upfront at the start of each month. Your date is locked once payment clears.
Leave KVDVisuals a Google review and take $25 off — our way of looking out for you on the day of the shoot.
Your edit is delivered ready to post. Small tweaks may be handled where reasonable, but re-shoots, re-concepts, or major re-edits are billed as a new project.
KVD only takes money off a shoot for a collaboration if your page is above 100,000 followers. Below that, standard rates apply.
For Meta ad work, ad spend is billed directly to you by Meta — KVD never marks it up. Package prices cover production and management only.
Local shoots are covered. Travel beyond the local South Florida area is billed at $25/hr, same as the price sheet.
A date isn't held until payment is received. Once it clears, you're locked in and we start planning your shoot.
Once a project is underway, cancelling comes with a fee that scales to how far along we are — because the work's already been done. After the shoot: a lower fee. Mid-edit: more. After everything's wrapped: more still. The deeper into the project, the higher the fee.
All shoot agreements are confirmed and bound through text messages. Once we lock it in via text, your date is booked and the project is set.
