Straight up, no surprises. Here's exactly how KVDVisuals works — the terms every project runs on, so we can focus on making you content that performs.

KVDVisuals doesn't do free work, free samples, or "exposure" shoots. Every project is paid — that's how we keep the quality where it is.
Per-shoot work is paid in full before we film. Monthly packages are paid upfront at the start of each month. Your date is locked once payment clears.
Leave KVDVisuals a Google review and take $5 off — our way of looking out for you on the day of the shoot.
Your edit is delivered ready to post. Changes after delivery are billed: minor edits $25, music change $75, and a full re-edit priced by the length of the project. Re-shoots or re-concepts are a new project.
KVD only takes money off a shoot for a collaboration if your page is above 100,000 followers. Below that, standard rates apply.
For Meta ad work, ad spend is billed directly to you by Meta — KVD never marks it up. Package prices cover production and management only.
Local shoots are covered. Travel beyond the local South Florida area is billed at $25/hr, same as the price sheet.
A date isn't held until payment is received. Once it clears, you're locked in and we start planning your shoot.
Once a project is underway, cancelling comes with a fee that scales to how far along we are — because the work's already been done. After the shoot: a lower fee. Mid-edit: more. After everything's wrapped: more still. The deeper into the project, the higher the fee.
All payments are non-refundable. Your date is held and work begins on our end the moment you book, so payments toward a shoot or package can't be refunded.
You'll be asked to reconfirm roughly an hour before call time (exact timing depends on the shoot). If you don't reconfirm, a fee applies — a locked-in crew and gear that shows up to a no-answer still has to be covered.
Confirming by text and approving your invoice locks you in — and binds you to every rule on this page. Once you agree to the invoice, these terms apply for the whole project.
Agreeing to a KVD contract or invoice means you accept that deliverable due dates and shoot times may change. We'll always keep you posted on any adjustments, but flexibility on timing is part of the agreement.
If a shoot uses more than one location, the time spent relocating between them counts as shoot time, not travel time — moving between spots is part of the shoot.
Your final product reflects the size, budget, and conditions of the project. A smaller job at a lower rate — or footage shot with limited time, budget, or lighting — won't look like a full-scale, big-budget production. Delivered videos are final, and expectations are set to what the scope and budget realistically allow.
The $5-off Google review offer is for honest, good-faith feedback only. Any false, fake, or dishonest review will result in consequences — including forfeiting the discount and ending the working relationship.
